Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Zinxii Optimizer, the Zinxii Keys macro add-on (together, "the Software"), and this website ("the Site"), operated by Zinxii, ABN 59 919 668 393 ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. What You're Buying

Zinxii Optimizer is sold in two one-time-purchase tiers (Performance and Extreme), each unlocking a fixed set of system optimization tweaks appropriate to that tier. Zinxii Keys (rapid-fire macro binding) is sold separately as a recurring monthly subscription and does not include tweak access — it is a standalone add-on that works alongside either tier, or on its own.

2. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Performance and Extreme tiers are one-time purchases — you are charged once and receive a permanent licence for that tier (subject to Section 6). Zinxii Keys is billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.

3. Cancellation (Zinxii Keys)

You may cancel your Zinxii Keys subscription at any time. You will not be charged again going forward, and you retain access until the end of your current billing period — cancelling does not immediately revoke access you've already paid for. After that, Zinxii Keys functionality is disabled until you resubscribe. Cancelling Zinxii Keys does not affect any Performance or Extreme tier tweaks you've separately purchased — those remain permanently active.

4. Refunds

We don't offer change-of-mind refunds. Every tier lists exactly what it includes, and every module is described in full before you buy, so please read the feature list carefully. But if the Software doesn't do what we said it would on your PC, we'd rather fix it or refund you than leave you stuck with something that doesn't work.

• Contact support@zinxii.com first. Every tweak is reversible, and the Software creates a system restore point before it changes anything — so most problems are fixable rather than permanent. Give us the chance to fix it.
• If we can't get it working for you within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund you. That covers the Performance tier, the Extreme tier, and your most recent Zinxii Keys charge.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer law. If you are in Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — including, for a major failure, your right to a replacement or a refund. If you are elsewhere, the equivalent protections in your own jurisdiction still apply. Where those rights go further than this section, those rights apply.

5. What the Software Does to Your PC

Zinxii Optimizer modifies system-level Windows settings, including but not limited to: registry values, power plan configuration, network adapter settings, GPU driver settings, and background services. Zinxii Keys operates a low-level keyboard hook to detect held keys and synthesizes keyboard input via the Windows Input API.

• Before applying any tweak, the Software creates a system restore point, allowing you to roll back changes.
• Every individual tweak can be reversed through the Software's own rollback functionality.
• You are responsible for reviewing what each tweak does before applying it. Descriptions are provided in-app for every module.
• We are not liable for any system instability, data loss, hardware damage, or other issues arising from use of the Software, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Licence Keys

• Each licence key is tied to one machine at a time, verified via a hardware fingerprint.
• To transfer your licence to a new PC, contact support@zinxii.com.
• We reserve the right to revoke a licence key in cases of fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Revocation on those grounds does not itself entitle you to a refund, subject always to Section 4 and to your rights under consumer law.
• You may not resell, share, or redistribute your licence key.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the licensing system; use the Software to violate the terms of service of any third-party game or platform; or redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Software and Game Compatibility

Some features (including tweaks and Zinxii Keys rapid-fire functionality) may interact with third-party games or software. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with the terms of service of any game or platform you use it with. We are not responsible for any action taken against your account by a third-party game or platform as a result of using the Software.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

This does not, and cannot, exclude the consumer guarantees that apply to us by law. Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with guarantees — including that they are of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose we described — that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by these Terms. Nothing in this section attempts to do so.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zinxii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
