Zinxii, ABN 59 919 668 393 ("we," "us," "our") operates Zinxii Optimizer, a Windows performance-tuning application, and the Zinxii Keys rapid-fire macro add-on (together, "the Software"), along with this website ("the Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.
1. What We Collect
When you make a purchase: your email address (used to deliver your licence key and for support communication). Payment is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see, receive, or store your card number, expiry date, or CVC. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for how they handle payment data.
When you activate the Software: a hardware fingerprint of your PC (a one-way hash generated from system identifiers, not raw hardware serial numbers) — this ties your licence key to one machine and cannot be used to identify your specific hardware to us or anyone else.
When you use the Software: the Software reads local system information (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version, etc.) to display it in the Dashboard and determine which tweaks apply to your hardware. This stays on your PC and is not transmitted to us, except for periodic licence validation checks, which send only your licence key.
When you visit the Site: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected by our hosting provider for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
2. What We Don't Collect
- We do not access, log, or transmit the content of what you type, browse, or do on your PC.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not require an account, username, or password beyond your licence key.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver your licence key and process your purchase

- To detect and prevent licence key abuse

5. Data Retention
We retain your email address and licence key for as long as your licence remains valid, and for a reasonable period after, unless you request deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under regulations such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) to request a copy of your data, request correction, request deletion (this will deactivate your licence key), or object to certain processing. 7. Children's Privacy
The Software and Site are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@zinxii.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
